As well as a wine steward he help develop different restaurant concepts with different investors over the years. Mr. Carter is the Owner, Creator, and Producer of It's All About Wines Concepts Companies and concepts including the merchandise lines, magazine media, marketing, wine shows and tastings, wine stores marketing, social media networks, and internet and regular TV concepts. He has a true passion for wine and for wine promotions, marketing, and wine education.
